This sizeable project tasked Aggregate Design Studio and Planworks to conceive an attractive facility with elaborate commercial street front façade edges and inviting landscaped corner pedestrian plazas within a comprehensive site.  This design direction reflects the municipal planning guidelines/initiatives with regards to animating the building envelope and providing human-scale to the massive multi-tenant structures. The highly articulated façades create depth and diversity/relief while respecting cost budget. These 500,000+ SF structures will ultimately house many offices and industrial / warehouse bay spaces.
