The HVTC (Heritage Valley Town Centre) Community Plaza is scheduled to be open to the public in Spring 2025.

This space is in the heart of the HVTC 25 Acre mixed-use shopping center and will provide a gathering space for the HVTC community. Showcasing an outdoor screen for concerts and sporting events, interactive play area, ample seating and green space, the Plaza is designed for connection, celebration, and creativity. This dynamic public gathering space invites you to come together with family, friends, and neighbors. The Plaza will showcase sculptures by a local artist, and patrons can savor local flavors at our on-site café or explore artisan markets showcasing regional talents at pop-up shops.
