Maxworth Center on 34th’s site is in the commercial heart of Edmonton’s 34th Avenue. The center’s distinctive style establishes an element of renewal to an aging surrounding, boasting a modern aesthetic. The proposed contemporary design is composed of metal panels and EIFS respecting the client’s vision. The building envelope has distinctive elements/features. Multiple site constraints were successfully addressed.
