Maxworth Center on 34th’s site is in the commercial heart of Edmonton’s 34thAvenue. The center’s distinctive style establishes an element of renewal to an aging surrounding, boasting a modern aesthetic. The proposed contemporary design is composed of metal panels and EIFS panels respecting the client’s vision. The building envelope has distinctive elements/features. Multiple site constraints were successfully addressed . The client appreciated the final design, achieving a holistic project.
