The Grand, a three storey retail-office building on upscale 124 Street in Edmonton, has added valuable new commercial space to this area. This structure uses quality materials throughout to amplify its presence. Red brick and large glazed openings were used to complement the surrounding built infrastructure.

The 3 storey structure houses both commercial tenants and offices. The Grand’s retro classical—modern aesthetic integrates historicist ornamentation similar to its 20th century predecessors. This direction resulted from the client’s fervent desire to create a unique property.
