A new 15,133 SF building on a 3.44 acre site, Tirecraft’s facility houses a shop area, office/admin space, staff rooms and storage areas. The site includes a paved parking area and 1.5 acre  gravel utility lot on a property in Spruce Grove, AB.  Planworks completed the sitework, building shell and interior design for this client under a full  service agreement.
