Allard Station

Allard Station is a 2.77 Acre site in the heart of the Allard Station neighbourhood. A 9300 sf multi-tenant building anchors the back of the site, backing onto residential. A Tim Hortons and Petro Canada Gas Bar/Car Wash flank the two prominent corners of the site. Planworks played an integral part in site development, building design and construction coordination of the CRU. With a Daycare tenant planned for the CRU, and a Gas Bar on the site, Bylaw and Code guidelines were carefully coordinated to ensure compliance.
