Chappelle Commons

Two, multi-tenant single storey CRU buildings were completed in 2019. With over 50,000 sf between the two buildings, this was a very high sought-after site in the Chappelle neighbourhood. LED light tower features, real stone veneer and bold stucco colours add to the timeless design of these two buildings. With expansive storefronts facing each other, we focused on façade articulation, with stone pilasters and steel eyebrow canopies designed to provide interest and relief.
