A 25-acre site on James Mowatt Trail in Edmonton is home to many prominent tenants such as Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks and the Edmonton Public Library. Phases one and two started construction in 2016, with Phase three currently being developed. Heritage Valley Town Centre is a unique site designed to zoning requirements with the neighbourhood in mind. Beautifully landscaped pedestrian connections on each corner of the site allow pedestrians to connect and interact between buildings with ease. The buildings, designed with four-sided architecture, are designed to face inwards, creating a neighbourhood feel, specifically on the internal banner lined roadway with storefront angled parking. Classic low-maintenance finishes such as wood grain metal panel and real stone veneer provide a timeless feel to the buildings.
