Oasis Wellness Centre

A two-story multi-tenant building situated on a 2.8 Acre site in North Edmonton is home to Oasis Orthodontics and several other health related tenants. Creative use of colour in low-maintenance architectural metal panels creates a high visual impact from the main street, 137 Avenue. With ample convenient parking at the front of the building, the site is also designed to allow for great traffic flow around the building, with additional parking provided at the rear.

Scope of work included the base building design as well as all two-story common areas inside.
