Located just off Whyte Ave in Edmonton, AB, The Trax is designed to connect to the street in terms of the retail/commercial component, as well as meet the needs for residential development in a thriving area. This project had a challenging existing DC2 zoning that was outdated. The client and Planworks worked with the City to improve the aesthetic of this development to a modern design that created a greater marketing potential.
