A 9800 SF multi-tenant CRU, stand alone C-store, gas bar and car wash occupy this 2.0 Acre site in the heart of the Desrochers neighborhood.

Several zoning challenges were encountered due to an overlay on the site. Planworks was successful obtaining several variance with the City, acting on behalf of the client.

Traditional stone veneer was replaced with porcelain tile for a contemporary design.
