Next to La Cité Francophone in Edmonton’s Bonnie Doon community, Le Quartier is a unique 36 unit Condominium with underground parking.  It's articulated design seeks to complement the French character of the neighbourhood and La Cite without creating a historic replica, differentiating itself from other nearby residential developments on the market.

Unusual for a development of this size, 50% of the units sold out within the first two weeks of marketing.  This project is also notable for it's high standard of construction and sound attenuation.  Expected STC rating between suites is over 60 DBA. Design of the project was started under Infiniti Homes before the project was sold to the current owner group, who also constructed the project.  Our client was appreciative of our flexibility, attention to detail, and attentiveness to site sensitivity.
