Extensive renovations were undertaken to the original commercial building adjacent to Norquest’s main downtown Edmonton campus. It was later purchased by the educational institution.

Planworks assisted the client to repurpose the spaces, largely into additional instructional /classroom areas. This building now services its community and helps with the expansion of Norquest College.
