Located in the County of Leduc, AB., this new office/manufacturing—processing plant has recently been completed. Teamwork between Planworks, York Real Estate and Eagle Builders has yielded a successful project for the end user group/client. The structure encompasses a large floor plate which includes warehouse, offices and processing bays. The building is a pre-fabricated concrete structural system. Its’ design incorporates distinctive architectural elements such as decorative fins, balconies and pronounced roof features.
