Sherwood Motor Cars represented an ambitious renovation of an existing 40,050 square foot building in Sherwood Park, Alberta, aimed at redefining the luxury car dealership experience. The design merged automotive sophistication with retail elegance, creating a destination for car enthusiasts and shoppers alike.

The façade is a blend of modern architecture and natural elements, featuring sleek glass and perforated steel finishes that evoke a sense of luxury and innovation.

At the heart of Sherwood Motor Cars is an expansive showroom designed to showcase up to 50 luxury vehicles. The layout emphasizes an open, airy feel with high ceilings and abundant natural light. Complementing the showroom is a state-of-the-art service area that includes a full-service mechanics shop, a dedicated paint booth, and a detailing shop. This facility was designed to uphold the highest standards of luxury car care, with advanced equipment and technology ensuring that every vehicle receives meticulous attention. The service area is strategically located to maintain a seamless flow for both customers and service personnel.

The16,000 square foot retail component is designed as an integrated shopping experience, featuring high-end automotive accessories, lifestyle products, and bespoke customization services.
