Planworks was tasked by Melcor to re-imagine this retail center opportunity, inspired by an underlying rural/prairie style (agrarian) aesthetic. It has been developed to a conceptual/feasibility level. The owner has committed to seeing its’ completion by 2025, conditional upon local commercial-retail space market demands within the specific Secord Pointe context.
