Located in the South Edmonton neighbourhood of Malmo Plains, the Edgeway multi-family development represents a second phase of 365 residential units complimenting previously completed phase 1. Composed of 3 mid-rise structures of 6-8 storeys, the proposed siting of phase 2 will capitalize on remaining site surface areas by providing a central, rental community oriented courtyard with elaborate landscaping and pedestrian realm amenities.

The majority of tenant parking will be located below grade.  The structures are planned as a pre-cast concrete assembly system with care and attention to exterior aesthetic, detailed to provide a contemporary appearance suitable to an intended upscale rental housing market. The project is a DC2 zoning, fully designed by Planworks with valuable insight from the consultant team, in association with Eagle Builders for Westcorp.
