An expansive ongoing site development that started in 2008, The Southpointe Commercial site is anchored by several large corporate tenants including Home Depot, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Goodlife Fitness. Planworks was engaged in 2015, and has played an integral part in tenant coordination and ensuring municipality requirements were being met including parking and landscape requirements during the phased development of this 33-acre site.
