The TELUS Park Development in Surrey, B.C., is a comprehensively designed 5.6-acre site that holds 2 structures organized in 3 phases. Planworks collaborated with Lemay as design architects. This unique, up-scale commercial development hosts spaces for local activities while adding CRUs, company offices, a parkade and pedestrian amenities.

Its structural system follows the simple and advantageous logic of pre-fabricated concrete panels (manufactured by Eagle Builders). To this degree, the exterior facades look appealing and unique. Currently, site preparations and permitting are underway. It is expected to be completed in the next couple of years. This development will benefit the surrounding community and add value to the area.
