This multifaceted building is located in the Southeast Industrial Park of Edmonton. With operations including sales, parts, and repairs, the client wanted all visitors to view this as a modern take on an industrial building. The building includes a 12,500 SF two-storey conventional built office / sales space and 22,500 SF pre-engineered shop with mezzanine.  Full site development was a joint effort between Planworks’ Architecture  and Fillmore Construction.
